The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following            
at the request of Representative Therriault, Co-chair:                         
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 143                                                            
"An Act relating to the executive officer employed for the Real               
Estate Commission, to educational materials published by the Real              
Estate Commission, to the Real Estate Surety Fund, to contracts by             
the Real Estate Commission, and to disclosures in real property                
transactions."                                                                 
                                                                               
HB 143 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
